Randy Markey
Chairman
Mr. Markey has nearly 20 years of executive management experience and has served as a director for numerous private companies with a focus on effective governance policy. Currently, he serves as Managing Partner of Capital Acceleration Partners, LLC, a strategic and operational advisory services firm in Cleveland, OH that serves the middle market providing growth, cost optimization, interim management and business development advisory services to firms throughout North America. He currently serves as a director of LaVar Holdings, Inc., a venture backed consumer products company in New York, NY, and Airserco, LLC, a manufacturer of industrial refrigerant processing equipment in Cleveland, Ohio. He has also served as Non-executive Chairman of the Board of Geotrac Holdings, a risk management services company in Norwalk, Ohio and as a member of the advisory board of OEM Labeling Systems, a manufacturer of capital equipment in Salem, Ohio.
Timothy Mueller
President, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Mueller is an entrepreneurial leader who, back in the early 90s, capitalized on the Internet's growing commercial applications. As CEO and co-founder of Vantage One Communications, Mueller accomplished numerous "firsts" by uniting non-linear communications with the untapped muscle of the World Wide Web. Mr. Mueller was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" by USA TODAY/NASDQ/Ernst & Young in 1997. After expanding his firm nationally, he sold Vantage One in November of 1999. For three years (2002-2004), Mr. Mueller served on Cleveland Mayor Jane Campbell's executive staff as Deputy Mayor/Chief Development Officer. Prior to founding Vantage One, Mr. Mueller was a member of the corporate staff at Eaton Corporation, a $10 billion multi-national conglomerate.

Luis Larzabal
Chief Technology Officer, co-founder and co-inventor
Mr. Larzabal has more than thirty years of experience in the semiconductor technology sector including responsibility for customer and vendor relationships, strategic and technical marketing, system-level design, new product development, applications, and operations. Mr. Larzabal's business and technical acumen in RISC and DSP-based mixed-signal systems-on-a-chip (SOC) extend into commercial, industrial and military markets. Mr. Larzabal's P&L responsibility has included $30M+ communications product lines, and has managed the acquisition of technology companies and intellectual property licensing.
Edward Ponganis
Chief Product Development Officer, co-founder and co-inventor
Mr. Ponganis has more than thirty years of experience in design, manufacturing and operations in the semiconductor technology sector. Mr. Ponganis has a proven track record in the areas of mixed-signal, microprocessor, DSP, VLIW and systems-on-a-chip (SOC) product development, foundry, vendor and remote technology center management, intellectual property evaluation and licensing, and software development and support. Mr. Ponganis has managed international product development teams, annual budgets of over $15M, and the evaluation, acquisition and integration of technology companies.
Steven R. Dollens
Board Director
Mr. Dollens served as Vice President of Product Development at Eagle Test Systems where he oversaw product development activities. He served as the company's Vice President of Technical Marketing with responsibility for marketing, sales support and engineering management. Mr. Dollens' other experience includes responsibility for regional office management, applications engineering and product test engineering.
Larry Pollock
Board Director
Mr. Pollock has served as non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Borders Group (Borders Books) since July 2006 and as Managing Partner of Lucky Stars Partners, LLC, an investment firm, since October 2004. Mr. Pollock served as President of Cole National Corporation, which operates retail vision and gift stores, since January 2000 and as Chief Executive Officer since June 2003 until the company was sold to Luxottica Group SpA in October 2004. From September 1998 until June 1999, Mr. Pollock served as President and Chief Executive Officer of HomePlace, Inc., a chain of home furnishings and housewares superstores, which he joined in January 1997 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. From 1994 until 1996, he served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Zale Corporation, a jewelry retailer. Mr. Pollock has served as a director of Borders Group since August 1995.
Daryl Scheans
Board Director
Mr. Scheans is a 40 year veteran of the Telephone Industry. At Ameritech (part of what is now AT&T) Mr. Scheans successfully managed large Telco teams at senior management levels, and managed large CAPEX Budgets of nearly $1 billion annually to within one percent. With a broad background in Network Planning and Engineering for all major classes of plant, Mr. Scheans has headed up multiple domestic and International due diligence teams, and is a recognized industry expert in the evaluation and cost modeling of telephone networks and product pricing. Mr. Scheans is an independent consultant successfully obtaining major RBOC/ILEC contracts for start-up companies.
Wayne Vespoli
Board Director
Wayne J. Vespoli is Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Lighting Technologies, Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio, an innovation-driven designer, manufacturer and marketer of energy efficient light sources. Prior to joining Advanced Lighting, Mr. Vespoli was a principal in a turnaround consulting firm, where his responsiblities included both financial and operational assignments. His experience also includes long-term international assignments for U.S. based multi-nationals, as well as audit practice.
