Phylogy TripleStream™ Line Conditioner

The TripleStream Line Conditioner significantly increases DSL performance over conventional DSL offerings. The product places all DSL subscribers in the standard domestic Telco loop into the "first mile," empowering Telcos to draw virtually all households into the range of Triple Play.

  • Neighborhood Deployment: Phylogy's TLCs are spliced into the line like a load coil, making them familiar, simple and easy for Field Technicians. Splicing across binder groups is fast, enabling entire neighborhoods quickly and easily.
  • Line Power or Express Power: Two powering options are available for Phylogy TLCs.  Line Power products operate from standard -48V POTS power without affecting normal POTS operation. Express Power versions operate from one or more dedicated power pairs.
  • Versatile and Convenient: Phylogy's TripleStream Line Conditioners are versatile, with options for mounting on poles, aerial strands, in manholes, and direct burial.
  • VDSL2 Version Furthers Triple Play: In 2008, Phylogy plans to release a VDSL2 Line Conditioner which supports 25Mbps+ to 6kft or more. This product could triple the carrier's effective Triple Play service area.
  • Weatherproof Enclosure: Rugged polyethylene case enclosures from our manufacturing partners provide optimal protection against all weather conditions, ground acids and corrosive elements in the environment. The enclosures are tested and certified by leading RBOCs and IOCs.
  • Stubbing cable: Constructed of PASP-type plastic with insulated color-coded conductors. Standard stub length is 30 feet, although any length may be special ordered. The connection between the stub and Line Conditioner case is physically bonded, providing both strain relief and a weather-resistant seal. Utilizing a unique vacuum process, a positive moisture and pressure dam seals the neck of the stub end of the enclosure thus eliminating moisture propagation into the case.
  • Field Compatibility: Each TripleStream Line Conditioner case is provided with fully color-coded, band-striped, plastic-insulated copper conductors which are compatible with field cable. The leads are grouped IN and OUT with matching pair colors in the IN and OUT groups corresponding to the same Line Conditioner port. Preconnected cable ends can be provided, making installation as simple as bridge and splice.
